WELDING, COATING, AND PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

Besides sourcing components and sub-assemblies from the primary manufacturers, we can also assemble and package fully finished products. Finished product can be shipped directly to customer store shelves or factory floor. Our partners’ fabrication and assembly facilities have press brake capacities from 4-foot to 12-foot bed lengths and up to 250 tons.

Typical tolerances are ± .005 of an inch. Plasma/Turret Punch capacity is 48 inches by 96 inches long, 240 tons and sheet thickness of up to 1/4 inch. As well as tube and pipe bending capabilities up to 6 inches O. D. and 3/8 inch wall thickness.

Process Capability: Most general stamping, forming, bending, riveting, welding capabilities are available. CNC Turret presses and Lasers for shapes. CNC and precision tooling for forming.

Coatings Available: Paint, powder, e-coat, zinc, nickel, chemical film, anodize.
