METAL STAMPING
Our partners’ capacity for producing metal stampings is extensive with press tonnage from 25 tons to 500 tons - as well as a rapid prototype department that includes two laser-cutting and tool-less prototyping machines. With in-house design and tool shop, our partners produce press tools from simple compound dies to complex multi-station progressive dies.
Production stampings made from progressive and transfer dies in steel or aluminum. All tooling is designed and built in-house for automotive, appliance, and other commercial applications. Our services include prototyping, supplying inexpensive tooling, and meeting short lead-times. Parts and assemblies are supplied finished to print including assembly, welding, and coating.
We provide high-volume stampings, using progressive dies that are designed and built in our state-of-the-art tool room. Our partners also have punch presses and multi-slide equipment. These methods are an inexpensive alternative to progressive die tooling that make efficient use of material and can produce a variety of clips, clamps and metal stampings.
