4/6/04    Nimbus opens a New York City office.  Local project managers are hired to support East Coast expansion.

3/12/04   Set up a low cost supply base in India for a major business promotional giftware company in New York. Cut average lead times from 5 to 2 months, improved all payment terms, and increased margins by an average of 45% on $95 million of purchased product (pens, diaries, pocket knives, flash lights, bags, jewelry, etc.).

10/2/03    Developed and sourced from China the new electric motor line (1/2 to 3 HP) for a major manufacturer of fountain and hot tub pumping systems.

9/5/03    Lowered Rhinotek domestic logistics costs by 40%, saving $250,000 annually.

7/2/03    Cut costs in half for Rhinotek China sourced products, saving $1.1 million.

5/24/03    Developed and sourced Team Manufacturing entire new construction hardware product line from China.

9/17/02    Saved a major pump manufacturer of southern California over $11 million a year in component, subassembly, and finished product costs.

2/10/00    Setup Black & Decker's supply chain operations in China for the Hardware and Home Improvement Division (Kwikset and Price Pfister). This project saved the company's opening price point market and increased net profits by over $24 million a year.

8/15/98    Nimbus accepts a World Bank/USAID project to turn around medium-sized enterprises in the Black Sea region of Ukraine. This project increased local company profits by over $10 million and significantly lowered Odessa/Mikolayev regional unemployment.

3/27/94    Turned around Thai Leader, an industrial coatings manufacturing company in Thailand, which supplied such customers as Haworth's office furniture factories. This increased profits by $3 million to the shareholders.

6/15/90    Established the sourcing network for Alex & Ivy, a furniture division of the Bombay Company. This $10 million operation increased corporate profits by over $1 million.

12/5/88    Set up the $12 million annual counter trade operations between Eastern Europe and Asia for Siber Hegner, a major Swiss trading company, increasing profits by $2 million.
