CASTINGS AND FORGINGS
Our partners’ casting facilities are equipped to
meet your sand casting, investment casting, die casting, etc. requirements. Our
partners use automatic molding machines and tilt pour permanent mold machines. We
can supply investment castings in steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys as well
as high production, machining, polishing, and assembly capabilities.
Nimbus can supply die-castings in aluminum and zinc from machines ranging from 250 to 1,500 tons. Secondary operations include machining, polishing, and assembly. We can also supply metal injection molding (MIM) products.
Nimbus can also supply sand castings in gray iron from 1-60 pounds for commercial and heavy industrial applications.
